Manot ("the App") is a native macOS Markdown editor developed by Garry Priambudi. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how the App handles your data.

Data Storage

All notes, folders, and preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. Your data never leaves your Mac unless you explicitly choose to export it.

Data Collection

Manot does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. Specifically:

Network Access

Manot does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks. The App is self-contained and operates independently on your device.

Data Export

You can export your notes as Markdown (.md) or PDF files. These exports are saved to a location you choose on your Mac. No data is uploaded or shared during the export process.

Children's Privacy

Since Manot does not collect any data, the App is safe for users of all ages. No special provisions are necessary for children's privacy as no information is gathered from any user.
